My stay was incredibly frustrating. The noise from the people above us was unbearable. it felt like a herd of elephants stomping all night. To make matters worse, the pillows were flat and unhelpful. I had to fight with the front desk just to get a slightly firmer one at midnight.

The room's cleanliness was commendable, but the check-in process felt a bit disorganized, which could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our group.

The Bernese Fries at Nonno's were a total game-changer! Plus, the hotel's location on Montage Mountain gave us a fresh view of PA vibes. The comfy bed and cool room made our stay sweet.
